The capital of Denmark is Copenhagen and the government ruling there is a constitutional monarchy. The lion and mute swan are the symbols of this country and the National Anthem is "Der er et yndigt land" they became a constitutional monarchy  on the 5th June 1849 when they made their constitution.

​At 43094 sq km Denmark is slightly smaller than two Massachusetts.  With mild windy winters and cool summers it is a temperate climate there. Because it is on the sea it can flood easily, and has 7314 km of coastline.
